There are three options to pay for poster printing:

Hoot Loot Card

Make sure you have enough money on your card before arriving. We have a cash to card machine in the library, which makes funds available immediately. The only way to add funds with a Credit/Debit card is on the HootLoot website. When adding funds via the HootLoot website it can take 15-30 minutes for funds to be available.

Check

Make checks out to "SCSU" or "Southern Connecticut State University". Checks are subject to the Student Accounts policy.

Department Index Code

The library can post a charge back to any Banner Index when paying with university funds in Banner. Please notify and seek approval from your budget authority before using this option. Provide the six character index code when submitting your printing request (e.g. XYZ001).
